I am writing this while it is raining heavily in Seoul, the Korean Meteorological Agency (KMA) has issued an alert as heavy rain, up to 150mm, is expected today, Wednesday and tomorrow, Thursday.
Obviously, several accesses to rivers and parking lots have been emptied. If you are in Korea these days you should avoid areas that could be flooded and follow the instructions if these are given. Just take care and try to enjoy these rainy days and cool temperatures as probable warm weather is coming next week.
