Flight Disturbance: How Alcohol Affects Passenger Safety

A group of drunk travellers caused chaos during a flight from London to Ibiza causing moments of panic and a huge disturbance to other passengers.

According to a witness, the drunk passengers drank before and during the flight, they caused a fight, and they were screaming and disturbing other passengers. Due to this, the Spanish police officers were waiting for the arrival in Ibiza.

In my opinion, you should not be allowed to take a flight if you have drunk alcohol, and of course, alcoholic beverages shouldn’t be sold during the flight. This a security risk for the other passengers and the staff; if an emergency happens and you are drunk, it is impossible to follow the needed procedures. So, in my opinion, the people that cause this kind of situation should be banned from flying for a lifetime, or at least several years.
