This month has been really warm in Seoul, and if you live here, I am sure that you suffered to sleep at night. A news article states that Seoul experienced this month of July 22 tropical nights, being this kind of nights the ones that temperature do not go below 25 degrees celsius.
This year has been (and still is) very hard weather, I don’t like this scorching weather, even though I come from a warm country, Spain. Living in a big city like Seoul, with a lot of asphalt and concrete, makes the temperature not go down, and cars also do not help. Anyway, to overcome these tropical nights is try to use the air conditioner. Maybe it’s a cost, but really worth it. And as usual, drink a lot of water and try not to exercise outside during the hottest hours of the day. Just take care.
