According to recent reports, a female cleaner aged 51 died apparently due to the heat wave. These days are very hot in Spain so it could be hard to work outdoors. These days, many cities in southern Spain have reached temperatures over 40, and Barcelona has stayed over 30 degrees for a few weeks.
If you are in Spain doing tourism or working, remember to protect yourself against the hot weather, stay indoors if possible and close to an air conditioner, as it could affect you more if you are not used to it.
